The 7 Day Challenge works as a system with all the parts working together. If you can get all the pieces working in your life as a daily practice you will see some great results. Each email contains a challenge to perform in each of the following categories.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO TRAIN

You will need a training bag with the following items in it to bring with you.

Drink Bottle full with water.
Towel
Change of clothes
Sunscreen & insect repellant

We use Kettlebells a lot at OFB. If you don’t have a weight you can still follow along but we strongly recommend you get one.
