A lot of people fail nutrition before the day even starts.
Not because they don’t care.
Because they’re unprepared.
Busy morning.
No lunch ready.
No plan.
No food prepared.
So what happens?
- bakery food
- takeaway
- vending machine rubbish
- expensive convenience meals
Hungry and unprepared people make poor food decisions.
Reduce Friction
Good nutrition works better when the food is already ready.
That’s why freezer meal prep works so well.
You prepare once.
Then future-you simply follows the system.
No thinking.
No emotional decisions.
No scrambling.
That’s the goal:
make good decisions easier.

The Thermos Strategy
A lot of people say:
“I don’t have access to a microwave at work.”
Fine.
Use a thermos.
How
- Pull meal from freezer the night before
- Let it defrost in the fridge overnight
- Heat properly in the morning until piping hot
- Pour into a quality thermos
- Hot lunch ready for work
Simple.
Prepared people eat differently.
Create Your Own Convenience
Most convenience food is engineered to:
- taste amazing
- overfeed you
- underfuel you
So create your own convenience.
When quality food is already prepared:
- weak moments reduce
- takeaway temptation drops
- consistency improves
The Real Goal
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is structure.
Nutrition should not rely on:
- motivation
- willpower
- perfect days
It should rely on systems.
The OFB Way
Training hard matters.
But recovery and fueling matter too.
Real energy comes from:
- quality food
- preparation
- hydration
- recovery
- consistency
Not random convenience eating.
Work full time at your job; while you work part time on your fortune
The less chaos around your nutrition, the more energy you have for the things that matter.
Fire & Forget Freezer Food
Prepare once.
Eat better all week.
